LAHORE - Hyderabad Hawks defeated Peshawar Panther by eight wickets on day two of the RBC T20 Cup here at the Gaddafi Stadium on Tuesday. Hawks first restricted Panthers at 148 for six and later overhauled the score making 150 runs in 19 overs for the loss of two wickets. The star of the win came out to be Faisal Athar who remained not out at 55 while Azeem Ghuman got 40. Aqeel Anjum and Rizwan Ahmed were the other contributors from the winning side. Earlier, Younus Khan gathered 38 along with Aftab Alam who made 33 to give some respectability to the total but that effort sank when Hawks batsmen put all the Panther bowlers to the sword.
