Chief of its own faction Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) Mian Nawaz Sharif said that commitment of May 28 should have to be revived in the fields of education and economy to get Pakistan out of prevailing problems. In his message on the occasion of Youm-e-Takbeer, Nawaz said, It is inevitable to be self-sufficient economically to live as an independent nation. We have to give more attention towards strengthening institutions. He said that on May 28, 1998, democratic government of the time made Pakistans defence as undefeatable and Pakistan became the first nuclear power of the Islamic world. Under the auspices of PML-N, various rallies and ceremonies will be held to mark the importance of the day while Mian Nawaz Sharif, Mian Shahbaz Sharif, Makhdoom Javed Hashmi, Raja Zafar ul Haq and host of other leaders will address on the gracious occasion on May 28.
