LAHORE Three-day Senior Inter District Cricket Tournament kicked of here on Thursday at different venues with three matches on opening day. At LCCA Cricket Ground, East Zone Whites were all out for 153 runs in their first innings. Aamir Rasheed and Hafiz Omer scored fiftes while Asif Ashfaq took 5 wickets for East Zone Blues In reply, the East Zone Blues were 146/5 at stumps. Abid Ali remained top scorer with 73 runs. At Model Town Greens, West Zone Blues were all out for 301 runs in their first innings against West Zone Whites. Ahmed Dar (90), M Sohail (78) and M Saad (61) batted well. Ali Tipu Sultan took 8 wickets for Whites. In reply West Zone Whites were 118-4 at stumps. In third match at Aligarh Cricket Ground, North Zone Blues scored 228/5. Aamir Iqbal made unbeaten 81. In reply, North Zone Whites were 89-1 at stumps.
