PESHAWAR – Pakistan People’s Party, Khyber Pakhtunk-hwa, has decided to fill provincial cabinet’s vacant offices soon after consultation with the party Co-Chairman and President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari.

This was decided at a meeting held with PPP KPK President Senator Sardar Ali Khan in the chair. Besides others, PPP, KPK, General Secretary Dost Mohammad Khan, Secretary Information Syed Ayub Shah and Secretary Finance Mohammad Sharif also participated in the meeting.

It was decided to fill vacant offices of the provincial cabinet as soon as possible. In this connection, they would consult President Asif Ali Zardari. After which, unfilled offices at divisional level would also be filled.  Besides, they were unanimous to remove reservations of the party workers at district levels.

Moreover, the PPP provincial cabinet was informed about various developmental works in different constituencies and said that more schemes would be launched in that constituencies where any developmental works has yet to be done.  It was also decided that PPP KP President Sardar Ali Khan would soon call a meeting of the PPP, which would also be attended by governor and the party’s senior members so that to draw future line of action and get resolved problems being faced by party workers.

In this regard, they said a mechanism would be set up under which complaints and reservations of party workers would be removed at all cost adding that the officer bearer of the PPP KP would hear complaints of the party workers in different days at the provincial secretariat of the party in Peshawar.

At the end of the meeting, the PPP KPK reposed full confidence in the central leadership of the party including Asif Ali Zardari and Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani and said that all the nefarious designs of those who are out to detail democracy would be foiled
