LAHORE - The PML-N ticket-holders and sitting assembly members are unhappy over recent induction of some politicians into the party, while some are also perturbed at the expected joining of few more turncoats. At a meeting held at Raiwind the other day and presided over by Mian Nawaz Sharif, party leaders from Bahawalnagar expressed their resentment over expected joining of the party by Ejazul Haq. They were of the view that arrival of new entrants will create problems at the time of awarding tickets to the candidates ahead of the elections. They, however, welcomed former District Nazim, Bahawalnagar, Mumtaz Ahmad Matyana back into the party fold. As per sources, Khadim Hussain Kalooka, Mian Asif Mohal, Rana Abdur Rauf, Shahid Anjum and others opposed Ejazul Haqs anticipated entry into the PML-N, as they held him responsible for attack on Laal Masjid and martyrdom of students of Jaamia Hafsa. They said people will not vote for Ejaz for this reason and party should consider some local candidate for the coming elections.
