ISLAMABAD - Pakistan’s judo prospect Shah Hussain Shah got fifth position in the Grand prix, Qingdao (China), PJF secretary revealed on Monday.

He said that 18 countries are contesting in the championship and Shah Hussain appeared in 100kg category and got 5th position out of 16 countries players participated in the contest after beating Lim Seung Rok of South Korea but lost to China’s reigning champion Yuan Jinling in quarterfinal.

Shah Hussain Shah and two others Pakistan judokas Karmat Butt and Shahzaib would participate in the upcoming Grand Slam Judo event to be started from December 28 in Tokyo  and also appear in Judo World Cup in Jeju, (South Korea) starting from 6th to 9th December.
