ISLAMABAD : The Supreme Court on Tuesday adjourned hearing of the case regarding the misuse of Intelligence Bureau (IB) secret funds due to the non-availability of Attorney General for Pakistan (AGP). A four-member bench comprising Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk, Justice Saqib Nisar, Justice Gulzar Ahmed, and Justice Iqbal Hameed-ur-Rehman heard the case. Deputy Attorney General Sajid Bhatti apprised the court that the AGP could not appear due to some official work and requested for adjournment. The court adjourned the case for an indefinite period.
