War is the most striking instance of the

failure of intelligence to master the problem of human relationship.

In 1943, while World War II was at it’s the leaders of the Allied forces met in Cairo during between 24th and 26th November. Stalin was unable to join the conference but attended the Tehran Conference which started on 28th November of the same year. This was the historic moment because three world leaders; Roosevelt, Churchill and Stalin contemplated the future strategies during the War. One of the major declarations of these conferences was to strip the axis powers especially Japan from the territories it acquired during World War I. Many other strategic plans were also forged during these conferences which  included the subsequent invasion of occupied Paris.
