A remote controlled explosion killed at least two security personnel and injured three others in South Waziristan on Thursday, a private TV reported. According to the report, the blast took place at about 10:20 a. m. local time when a remote controlled blast went off near a convoy of security forces in Shakai area of South Waziristan, a border region near Afghanistan. Security forces cordoned off the area and the injured were shifted to the hospital. No group claimed responsibility for the blast yet.
