At least eleven people were injured and two shops destroyed when a small bomb exploded in Rampura bazar on of the provincial capital on Thursday. According to police, unknown miscreants had kept a small bomb packed in an oil canister outside a grocery shop located in Rampura Bazaar of Peshawar which went off with a bang on Thursday morning. A local police official Javed Khan said that the blast left eleven people wounded and destroyed two shops and a vehicle parked nearby the scene of the blast. The wounded were labourers or passersby, the policeman said. Police cordoned off the area while the rescue teams shifted the injured to Lady Reading Hospital where according to hospital sources condition of five injured people was serious.
