Four given life sentence over murder

Kandhkot - Additional and Sessions Court on Thursday awarded life imprisonment to four persons after they were proven guilty of murder.

As per details, Additional Session Judge Nadeem Badar Qazi handed down life imprisonment to Ghulam Mohammed Mazari, Shahbaz Mazari, Shoukat Mazari and Barkat Ali Mazari besides imposing fine of Rs0.1 million on each of them.

According to prosecution, Rafique Ahmed Bhutto, resident of Badani, was killed in 2011, and case of his murder was registered on the complaint of his brother Eidan Ali Bhutto.

Rangers organise free medical camp

One-day free medical camp was organised by Sindh Rangers here at Badani town on Thursday.

More than 500 patients suffering from various diseases such as heart, diabetes, skin, eyes and mental disorder were examined by specialists, and given medicines free of cost.

Shahbaz Rangers 52 Wing Major Mohamed Saleem inaugurated the camp early in the morning. A team of doctors from Sindh Rangers and the civil administration examined more than 500 patients including women and children.

Rangers’ officials andHuman Rights Commission District Chairman Rahamatullah Channa, District President Rais Ali Gohar Bhayo and other social activists also visited the camp.
