Students urged to take part in drive

LAHORE - Provincial Minister for Education Mujtaba Shuja-u-Rehman has said that dengue awareness campaign would be a success story in the days to come and students played a marvelous role in this campaign. Talking to the students and administration while visiting Shalimar College, the Provincial minister said that credit goes to youth for gearing up this campaign. He said he was happy to see the students having complete information about the dengue virus. He said that all the Public institutions had been fumigated and teams had inspected whether institutions had taken preventive measures or not. The Minister directed the principal to ensure neat and clean environment in the college. Chairman Emergency Response Committee Shalimar Town MNA Pervaiz Malik who also visited the college with the Minister has said that preventive measure against dengue should be ongoing process and clean and healthy environment is necessary to flourish the youth. Pervaiz Malik said that government had played its role. Now people should come forward to do the job of their part. He said challenges build the Nation and we would be the successful against this epidemic. Pervaiz Malik also visited the Muslim High School Bhaghban Pura and Government High School Bhaghban Pura.
