The citizens said that contractor has unleashed loot and plunder spree as he is charging too much for per stall after receiving contract and as a result citizens are bound to bear the burden. If the contractor would charge the stallholders Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000 per stall then he can earn profit but he is charging Rs 300,000 to Rs 400,000 per stall and has divided allotted land of one stall into two stalls, they alleged.
