Students of Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Medical and Dental College will organise first health fair at Kidney Centre Ground of Shaikh Zayed Hospital on Sunday (today). There will be a free medical camp where blood pressure, blood group, hepatitis, blood sugar tests will be carried out. Students from different schools have been invited to the health fair, puppet show, different games and question and answers session.
Professional development
The University of Health Sciences (UHS) has dedicated one whole day of every month for the continued professional development of its employees. The announcement was made by UHS Vice Chancellor Maj Gen (R) Prof Muhammad Aslam while addressing the university staff here on Saturday. He said that from April onwards, last Saturday of every month would be reserved for the faculty and staff development workshops  to enhance individual performance. No routine work will be performed by the staff on that day.
