QUETTA - Former federal minister Aftab Ahmed Sherpao, nominated in the Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti’s murder case, moved the Balochistan High Court (BHC) Monday, seeking interim bail.
The former minister appeared and submitted his application for bail to the BHC. However, a division bench, comprising BHC Chief Justice Qazi Faez Essa and Justice Naheem Akthar, adjourned hearing until Tuesday (today). Aftab Ahmed Sharpao had obtained interim bail from Peshawar High Court and on Monday he approached the BHC for the same.
Talking to the media, Sharpao said he had a great respect for the courts and he would obey any decision of courts.
