MUZAFFARABAD - Indian troops continued unprovoked firing and shelling in the forward Kahuta sector’s Nezapir Keerni area along the Line of Control (LoC), 150 kilometers from Muzaffarabad, and injured a civilian in the early hours of Tuesday, reports said.

According to local administration and police, a house was also damaged in the area.

India has been violating the ceasefire on the Line of Control for the last four weeks. On Monday Indian troops opened fire injuring six civilian in Nakyal sector’s Turkandi area, some 200 kilometers off south of Muzaffarabad, the capital city of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The Pakistani troops, in retaliation, opened fire. Both the countries continue to blame each other for violating the ceasefire agreement.
