FAISALABAD-: Five labourers sustained severe burns due to fire erupted after an explosion in a electricity transformer in Faizabad area here in the we hours of Tuesday. Rescue sources said that fire erupted in an electricity transformer due to short-circuit and subsequently it exploded with a bang. Resultantly, five labourers, sleeping nearby, sustained severe burns and were rushed to Allied Hospital.
Condition of the injured, identified as Yasir, Mushtaq, Allah Rakha and Umer is stable while Mohammad Ashraf is said to be critical.
