Nespak wins contract of new projects

LAHORE - The National Engineering Services Pakistan has announced that the company, through an open bidding, has won the contract of several new projects located in Sindh and Balochistan, including new Surgical Oncology Complex at Karachi, Mines Rescue Centre at Mach and Vocational Training Centre at Chaghi.
A formal agreement was signed between the representative of the Patients Aid Foundation and Mr. M. Arif Changezi, G.M./Head, A&P Division. The Nespak scope of services in project of Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Complex includes architectural & engineering design and detailed construction supervision.
The estimated construction cost of the proposed complex is Rs. 942 million and it will be completed in 36 months. A main feature of the design concept is based on sustainability and energy efficiency apart from being most modern and friendly environment. Moreover, the Workers Welfare Board, Balochistan has also awarded to Nespak a number of projects including high schools at Loralai, Duki, Mekhtar, Harnai, Mach & Zhob, a Mines Rescue Centre at Mach & Sorange and a Vocational Training Centre at Naukundi, District Chaghi in Balochistan. NESPAK’s scope of services includes in these projects will be master planning, architectural & engineering design and detailed construction supervision.
The overall estimated construction cost of the projects is Rs750 million and it will be completed in 30 months. Amjad A. Khan, the MD, has greeted the design team including Arif Changezi, G.M./Head, Arif Khan, Senior Architect Kiran Unar, Senior Architect of A&P Division for winning contracts of new projects through open bidding.
