Critically ill Amin Faheem could not be shifted to Boston hospital

LONDON: Doctors in a London hospital postponed shifting of Pakistan People’s Party senior leader, Amin Faheem, to Boston hospital for cancer treatment.

The former federal minister is seriously ill, fighting cancer at a London hospital, where his doctor has decided to shift him to the US city of Boston for further treatment but postponed the plan after the condition of Amin Faheem became critical, sources said.

Sources in the PPP said that Makhdum, aged around 80, underwent a major surgery related to cancer in Berlin, Germany last month and is undergoing post- surgery treatment at a hospital in London at the moment.

According to sources, Makhdum Amin is also facing hear loss as a result of the disease.
