LAHORE – The Lahore Press Club (LPC) sports committee Thursday announced draws of the Ghouri Tyre Media Cup which will commence tomorrow (Saturday) here at the Wahdat Colony cricket ground. In the inaugural match of the event, Channel 24 will take on joint team of News One and Capital TV while Nai Baat and Aljazeera will vie against each in the second match and ARY will play against The Nation team. Renowned singers, actors and politician will grace the opening ceremony as guests of honour. The floodlight event is being organised to provide the journalists a healthy activity and some happy moments to cheer about. The LPC sports committee has assured that only the registered members of the LPC would take part in the event to make it more interesting and friendly.
