LAHORE - PML-Q President Ch Shujat Hussain has called upon the opposition parties including PTI not to contest by-election under present election commission.

Talking to media on Thursday, the former prime minister felicitated PTI chief Imran Khan on “getting stolen mandate recovered and exposing the thieves.”

“All opposition parties including Tehrik-e-Insaaf should not contest by-election and completely boycott it in the presence of present Election Commission,” he said.

To a question on decisions of election tribunals on three constituencies, he said that three seats will not affect the system but the real thing was exposing the mandate stealers. Now Imran Khan should pay attention on getting mandate thieves punished, he added.

“Time has approached also to decide who started horse trading, mandate theft, mandate purchasing and commission in politics of Pakistan,” he said indirectly hinting towards PML-N.
