PESHAWAR - An anti-terrorism court has awarded 28 years rigorous imprisonment to two terrorists on Thursday.
According to details, the CTD Kohat Branch had arrested two terrorist identified as Abdul Qayum son of Abdul Karim and Abdul Majeed son of Abdul Wadood from Muhammad Zai Kohat on 27th February 2015.
The police also recovered two IED’s, two detonators and two mobile phones connected/fitted with the IED’s. The CTD Kohat pursued the case and submitted challan of the case in the court on 14th March 2015.
Due to modern and scientific investigation of the CTD Kohat, the Anti-Terrorism Court, Kohat Branch awarded 28 years rigorous imprisonment to both the terrorist. The public circles have widely appreciated the performance of the CTD Kohat.
The IGP Nasir Khan Durrani has expressed full satisfaction over the excellent performance of the CTD officials and announced cash prizes and commendation certificates for its jawans.
