LAHORE - An under trial prisoner breathed his last in camp jail on Ferozepur Road due to alleged torture of the staff.
Sabir Ameen was admitted to jail on August 19, 2016 in a narcotics case. He was resident of Karim Park Lahore and was booked by police after being recovered 2 Kg chars from his possession. According to Jail Superintendent Shehram Khan, the deceased was a chronic opium addict and was admitted to jail hospital very next day of his arrival in jail.
