ISLAMABAD - The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency Country Director, Gokhan Umut called on former Interior Minister and Chairman Institute of Research and Reforms, Senator Rehman Malik yesterday. They discussed in detail the bilateral relations, cooperation, and development projects between Turkey and Pakistan.
Gokhan Umut apprised Senator Rehman Malik about the development projects by TIKA in various parts of Pakistan for which Senator Rehman Malik thanked and appreciated TIKA.
He said that Turkey has always helped Pakistan in difficult times so the people of Pakistan are always thankful to Turkey.
Both the leaders emphasised to enhance people to people interaction. Gokhan expressed that TIKA will be happy to expand its development projects to all over Pakistan for the benefit of its people. Senator Rehman Malik also presented a set of his books to Gokhan and extended his best wishes to him and TIKA.
