LAHORE – The Punjab Assembly on Tuesday unanimously passed two resolutions while pended four others, including the one relating to public interest, due to the absence of their movers. The House unanimously passed the resolution moved by PML-Q’s Humaira Awais Shahid regarding protection of child rights and revision in syllabus to ensure proper public awareness about mother-child health facilities to masses. It also unanimously adopted the resolution moved by Sh Allaudin that recommended the Centre to introduce amendments in Prohibition of Marriage Functions Ostentatious Displays & Wasteful Expenses Ordinance 2000.                                 –Reporter
