JHANG - At least three people including two women were killed while three others sustained serious injuries in three separate incidents here in the district on Tuesday.
In the first incident, Noor khan, along with his two relative women, was going to their home on Jhang-Chiniot Road. When they reached near Sufi Mor, an over speeding wagon hit their motorcycle from the rear side killing Saban Bibi,35, on the spot and injuring Noor Khan and Ameeran bibi who were rushed to DHQ Hosptal Jhang. Sadar Police have registered a case.
In second incident, one Muhammad Afzal, resident of Chak 201JB, was killed when a motorcycle hit his motorbike. His young son was also injured.
In another incident, a 12-year-old girl, daughter of one Ghulam Shabir, resident of Chokan Jan pur, was electrocuted when she was returning home from school. As per details, the minor girl was died on the spot when she incidentally touched a high-voltage electricity wire which was lying on the road.
