SYDNEY:- Western Australia coach Justin Langer will get his first taste of life as the national team's coach when Darren Lehmann avoids the West Indies next year to plan for the challenge of overseas success that stands between his side and the stamp of genuine quality. Lehmann will be spared from a triangular ODI series that will also feature South Africa. He will resume coaching duties for the tour of Sri Lanka, which looms as a staging post on the way to the goal of unseating India at home in 2017.–Agencies
