Rangers have liberated 'Pakistan's jugular vein': PM Nawaz

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said the government will root out terrorism from Pakistan, Waqt News reported. “Karachi is the jugular vein of Pakistan and it was in the clutches of terrorists,” PM stated. “Rangers have liberated this vein from the terrorists,” he added.


While addressing a ceremony in Karachi Prime Minister said that in 2013 Pakistan was facing issues like terrorism, militancy and economic downfall. “We have made the situation better and for that we are working around the clock,” he claimed. “From January 1st the unit price of Electricity for Industrial sector will be reduced by Rs. 3,” he said.


PM further said that the government will add 3,000MW electricity from three Thar Coal Plants. “We come for 5 years but never understand where the time goes,” PM said.
