LAHORE (PR) - The 2011 annual reunion of the Formanite Alumni Association (FAA) of FC College kicked off Sunday with a cricket match between Ahmad Saeed-XI and Peter Armacost-XI. Despite Saturdays hailstorm, the ground was in good condition. Ahmad Saeed XI won by 5 wickets. Other matches included Table Tennis Championship won by Haris Jamil, and Badminton Championship won by Mr Atir Mehmood. Registration for the subsequent events of the reunion will take place daily on the FCC campus starting from Monday (today). On Friday, FCC will host a series of events for alumni, their families and the faculty. These include guided tours of the campus, sports matches, games and a seminar on 'What must be done to avoid a financial collapse and to strengthen the economy of Pakistan; and cluster dinners for decade-wise groups of alumni. The last event of the reunion week will be on Saturday when the annual meeting and reunion dinner will be held following sports activities.
