The CDA is so negligent even in posh sectors like ours. The road we live on in F7/2 has a leaky water pipeline and it has been like this for the last one year. As a result there is water on the road up till the Philippine Embassy which is on street 12 of F7/2. In more frequented places like the Melody Market, I was surprised to note that the water-source of the boys that do car washings near an open air restaurant, is a main water line.
