The PPP government is proving to be the worst in terms of governance and check on corruption according to World Bank report on the worldwide governance indicators between 1996-2008. The report reveals that the level of government control in the fields crucial to the well being of a nation is the lowest in Pakistan among all regional countries. Six governance indicators on the basis of which a government is evaluated are freedom of expression, accountability, political stability, law and order, government effectiveness, regulatory quality, rule of law and control of corruption. -ENGR S.T.
