ISLAMABAD - Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Shraif Monday appointed Choudhary Muhammad Yaqoob, who is also chairman Pakistan Volleyball Federation (PVF), as the Chairman CM Task Force for Sports. Choudhry Muhammad Yaqoob confirmed that Chief Minister Punjab assigned him new responsibilities for the promotion of sports in Punjab as well as to produce new talent in the province. He said that he would also finalize the strategy for the youth of the province to provide better opportunities to come on the front line. He was of the view that undoubtedly youngsters were the assets of the country and their grooming is in the national interest of the country as well as development of sports in this regard.
