Our Staff reporter DASKA - Three influential local vagabonds allegedly poured acid into the throat of a teenage girl after they failed to rape her at her house in village Glotiyaan Daska the other day. Reportedly, 17-year-old girl was alone at her home and was doing domestic chores when three veiled accused stormed into the house and tried to rape her. Meanwhile, one of the accused was recognised by the girl as Farooq alias Farooqi. At which she raised alarms baffling the accused who were now want to avert their possible arrest. They overpowered the girl and poured acid in her throat and fled away. Upon her wailing, some locals gathered there and shifted her to Daska Civil Hospital, where her condition is stated to be critical. The Daska Saddar Police have launched investigation into the incident.
