Raqqa in Iraq has been restored but at total destruction and refugees of three million in terrible state with frightened children and old people in push carts. If an area is conquered with total destruction of houses and buildings and terrible suffering of people, which is a strange kind of war that is patentlyunislamic in character that need to be avoided in future.
