ISLAMABAD - The KSE 100-index of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) gained 14.31 points on Tuesday, with a positive change of 0.15 per cent, closing at 47,686.99 points against 47,672.68 points on the last working day. A total of 432,626,166 shares were traded during the day compared to the trade of 450,242,762 shares the previous day whereas the price of shares stood at Rs13.876 billion against Rs13.558 billion the previous day. As many as 432 companies’ transacted shares in the stock market, 165 of them recorded gain and 259 sustained losses whereas the share price of 8 companies remained unchanged.
