KARACHI - Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani on Saturday visited Malir Garrison. On arrival at Malir Garrison the COAS laid floral wreath at Shuhada's Monument. The Chief of Army Staff visited School of Army Air Defence where he was given detailed briefing on training aspects of the School. The COAS also visited various field formations and witnessed their training activities. He appreciated their ingenuity in training techniques specially in simulation. He also addressed the troops in training areas. Later, he addressed the garrison officers. Earlier on arrival in Karachi, Chief of Army Staff was received by Lt-Gen Shahid Iqbal, Corps Commander. Online adds: Addressing the officers, Kayani said Army's morale was high and it enjoyed full support of the masses.
