Five people on Sunday succumbed to death while 12 have been left under critical injuries due to Sheikhupura's Grand Trunk Road accident.
As per the sources, the incident took place when a speeding passenger bus collided with a trailer.
The victims were soon boarded to the nearby hospital by the rescue teams for medical assistance.
