RAWALPINDI  - Minister for Railways Haji Ghulam Ahmad Bilour has said that Speaker of the National Assembly Dr Fehmida Mirza’s decision about a reference is a victory for democracy and the Parliament. In a statement on Sunday, the minister said that the Speaker had proved that the Parliament is a supreme forum. He said the Speaker National Assembly gave a decision in favour of democracy and added “It was a bold decision taken by Dr Fehmida Mirza.”
