LAHORE - Jammu Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party Chief Shabir Shah has clarified that Kashmiri leadership has linked dialogue process with India to Pakistans participation. In an interview with Nawa-i-Waqt on Saturday, he said, India has no right to become member of United Nation Security Council until it ends atrocities and the worst human rights violation in Kashmir. Indian atrocities on Kashmiries are before the whole civilised world. The Kashmir nation has given its verdict and its freedom movement is its logical end. Now, the ball is Indias court. It should not use delaying tactics and resolve the issue. Life attempts on Kashmiri leaders Ali Geelani, Mir Waiz Umer Farooq and Shabir Shah were made to affect the freedom movement but India would get nothing from these murder attempts except disappointment. Shah, who remained under house arrest for 25 years is determined to get right of self-determination for Kashmiris. He said just resolution of Kashmir issue is also in Indias own interest.
