ISLAMABAD (Online): Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has paid a glowing tribute to Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani for his professional services to the country. At a farewell dinner hosted in honour of the retiring COAS, PM Nawaz said the nation is proud of the sacrifices rendered by the Pakistan Army. ‘General Kayani played a commendable role towards strengthening the country’s defence,’ Nawaz said.
