Ex-CJP rides car sans number plate



ISLAMABAD –  Former Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry on Monday said that he would not withdraw defamation case against PTI chief Imran Khan.
Talking to media persons here,he said that Imran Khan has to answer point wise for his allegations in the apex court.
When asked about the number plate missing from his vehicle, former Chief Justice said that the matter should be asked from the security authorities.
Iftikhar Chaudhry while lashing out at Imran Khan said that Imran just considers himself respectful but have no respect for others.
He said that Imran Khan did not know anything about Returning Officers,adding,that PTI chief only knows those ROs who had given him favour in the last general polls.
He said that former military dictator Musharraf had brought Imran Khan to sustain his dictatorship.
Iftikhar said that democratic institutions are stable and functional in the country.
To a query whether he is taking part in politics and launching his own political party, he said that he cannot state anything about his political career.
