ISLAMABAD, PAKISTAN : The Supreme Court on Friday established larger bench to hear pleas of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and others for Panama Leaks probe.

A five-member larger bench consisting of Chief Justice of Pakistan Anwar Zaheer Jamali, Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, Justice Amir Hani Muslim, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Ijaz-ul-Hassan would start hearing from Tuesday.

It is pertinent to mention here that preliminary, a three-member bench conducted the hearing over PTI and other political parties’ pleas.

Earlier, SC issued notices to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and other parties over the Panama-gate petitions seeking the premier’s disqualification.

However, the court dismissed Watan Party’s plea against not establishing commission.

The Chief Justice remarked that the decision to deem the petitions admissible for hearing will be made after hearing the stance of Attorney General and all other parties mentioned in the petition.
