ISLAMABAD – Sabzi Mandi Police Station on Thursday conducted search operation in its respective jurisdiction including slum areas and nabbed 50 suspects, a police spokesman said.
In the search operation, 50 suspects were arrested, who could not produce any document for their identification.
A team of Sabzi Mandi police station headed by ASP Industrial Area Dr Khalil Ahmed including Station House Officer Asjad Mehmud conducted search in sectors these sectors and under constructions buildings also. This team arrested 50 suspects from whom investigation is underway.
IGP Islamabad Bani Amin Khan and SSP Islamabad Yaseen Farooq have directed to expand this search operation in other areas of city and asked to ensure strict monitoring and vigilance of suspected elements. 
The purpose of starting search operation in various areas is to ensure foolproof security in the Capital, the IGP added.
