SURFING instructor Oli Barrett has no problem getting to work in the floods - he gets a tow on his surfboard. He hitched himself to a friend’s 4x4 and used his surf skills to negotiate flood affected roads in Castleford, West Yorkshire. More than three months of rain fell in just three days across certain parts of Britain this week following the worst September storms in more than 30 years. The road surfer said his unique approach to getting to work has received a positive response from members of the public.  ‘There were four of us and we thought we’d have a change and do some outdoor surfing,’ he explained.                           –Metro
