ISLAMABAD - Main opposition party PML-N is in talks with various MNAs elected on PML-Q tickets wooing them into its fold, sources said on Thursday.The sources privy to these talks told TheNation that over a dozen MNAs of Q-Leaguers have been asked to wait for an appropriate time to join the PML-N ranks to avoid party defection laws.“There are many waiting to join the PML-N,” the sources said, adding PML-N leadership has advised these MNAs to wait for appropriate time. Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada, who was elected from NA-186 (Bahawalpur-IV) on PML-Q ticket, has already met PML-N Chief Nawaz Sharif and agreed to announce his joining PML-N at an appropriate time.“Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada is in contact with disgruntled party MNAs willing to join PML-N ranks,” the sources said, but he was not making it a public affair to avoid punitive actions by the leadership of the Q-League. The sources further said that Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada has discussed with Nawaz Sharif of affairs of Q-league and his plans to join PML-N. He has also assured the PML-N Chief to rope in other party MNAs willing to join PML-N.
