MARDAN – Some unidentified persons allegedly kidnapped a man over a dispute on a women in the limits of Rustam Police Station, police sources said.
Khushdil Khan son of Hussain Shah resident of Zoorabad reported to police that daughter of Saraf Khan named Gulsoom Bibi arranged marriage with his brother Tahir Khan few months back.
He said that after few weeks of the marriage he along with his brother Tahir were working in the field during that time accused Saraf Khan along with his son Muhib came to the spot and started firing and killed his brother and seriously injured him.
He further said that in this connection they registered first information report (FIR) on 12 July 2012 in Rustam police station.
He further said that after the incident his sister-in-law is happy in her in- laws house but during that time accused Saraf has started demanded us to hand over his daughter Gulsoom Bibi to him.
He further said that on 15 April accused Saraf along with his brothers Gul Baz, Sarbaz, Qurash and sons Muhib, Farman and nephews  Nazir Gul, Bakhati Gul, Siraj, Hisar allegedly kidnapped his brother Adil Khan and gave them threats that if we donot handed over his daughter to him.
He will kill his brother. Police registered first information report (FIR) against the accused and started investigation.
