PESHAWAR - Industry Support & Environment and Business Sustainability Cell (IS&EBSC) Smeda in collaboration with Common Facility Centre (CFC) light engineering Takhtbai, Mardan organized a one-day training workshop on the benefits of the use of modern technology in the improvement of quality of products. Engineer Professor Dr. Mohammad Naeem Khattak, University of Engineering & Technology (UET) was master trainer of the training workshop. The workshop was attended by a large number of local light engineers and smiths. The Trainer highlighted the use of modern technology in bringing improvement in the quality of products from different angels.

He also gave detailed presentation to the participants on the five elements of the total quality management including customs satisfaction, participation and team work, continuous improvement, quality tools and leadership.
