The candidates who applied for the posts of Lower Division Clerks (LDC) in International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) expressed grave concerns over the violation of merit in appointments.

The candidates alleged that the administration appointed ‘blue-eyed’ candidates.

In a letter to the Prime Minister Imran Khan and Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Mian Saqib Nisar, the candidates, who were included in the merit list of the IIUI, have appealed to take the notice of violation of merit in the LDC appointments.

They asked for strict action against the elements involved in violation of merit.

The neglected candidates were of the view that when the ruling party was engaged in formulating the government, the IIUI administration appointed the blue-eyed candidates. They asked for justice and appealed that the violators should be punished.
