Awami National Party (ANP) leader Haji Adeel called on President Asif Ali Zardari at the Bilawal House Karachi and discussed the political scenario of the country surfacing in recent days, reported a private TV channel Tuesday. Both the leaders discussed law and order situation and pledged to continue cooperation in national issues under reconciliation policy. In the meeting, the ANP leader assured President Zardari his partys support in the current political situation, the channel added. According to ANP spokesman, both leaders vowed to root out terrorism and said no stone would be left unturned to eliminate extremism. They also agreed to carry out joint efforts aimed at ensuring law and order across the country, especially in Karachi, the economic hub of the country.
