LAHOREEditor-in-Chief The Nation and Chairman Nazria Pakistan Trust Majid Nizami has said that the teachers should play their role to secure the ideological boundaries of the country. He said the real objective could be attained by the proper training of the youth. He stated this while addressing an 'Ideological Training Workshop for the teachers of various colleges from District Jehlum and Chakwal. The trust and Punjab Education Department jointly organised the workshop at Aiwan-e-Karkunan Tehrik-e-Pakistan on Tuesday. Prof Sarfraz Hussain and Prof Muzaffar Mirza also addressed on the occasion. Majid Nizami urged upon the teachers to inform the students about the conspiracies of Hindus against Pakistan. The students should be informed that Hindus were never our friends, he added. Nizami further said that India had forcibly occupied Kashmir and wants to crush Kashmiris just stuggle by force. 'India was busy in constructing dams on our rivers while our rulers were busy in fighting with each other, he added. He told the teachers about the activities of the NPT and informed them that former Punjab Chief Minister late Ghulam Haider Wyne had constructed the trust for the ideological training of the youth. 'Now we have demanded of the Punjab Chief Minister Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif to include Pakistan Ideology in curriculum at all levels, he added. Prof Sarfraz Mirza deliverd a lecture on Pakistan Ideology through multimedia presentation. Prof Muzaffar urged the teachers to train the youth in manner that they could confront the future challenges. The teachers termed the workshop very useful and demanded of the government to establish NPT units in all provinces. Students visit Pak Movement Gallery The students of the Jamia Darululoom Muhammadia Ghousia Datanagar on Tuesday visited Aiwan-e-Karkunan Tehrik-e-Pakistan and saw Pakistan Movement Gallery. A ceremony was organised to inform the students about Pakistan Ideology. Meanwhile, NPTs Mobile Ideological Unit 1 on Aghai programme led by Prof Saeed Shaikh visited Department of Pathology University of Animal and Veterinary Education. The department head Dr Istiaq Ahmad addressed the students. Mobile Unit 2 led by Abdus Salam and Mobile Unit 3 led by Nadeem Raza visited Jamia Qadria Taleemul Quran Trust Lahore Cantt and Jamia Liaqatia Siddaqia Lilbanat Shadbagh respectively. Qari Ghulam Mustafa and Qari Muhammad Mushtaq addressed the ceremonies. The students were awarded prizes in quiz competitions and over correct recitation of Allama Iqbals verses. Sets of books were given to schools libraries.
